Return Policy

Baseline Equipment guarantees everything we sell 100%. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.  Baseline Equipment has a 30 day return policy (*See Electronics Return Exceptions.)  If our product does not meet your needs or expectations we simply ask that you contact us either by phone at 877-844-3101, or by email to .  You will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and given the address to which the product should be returned.

  • You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.  (No mud, scratches dings, etc.....)  See below section for returns made after 30 days from date of purchase and/or Electronics Return Policy
  • Your RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item.
  • Such Products must be in the original packaging.
  • Customized items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Drop ship or special order items may be subject to a restocking fee.  See below section on custom orders, special orders and drop shipments.
  • Do not send returned merchandise to our P.O. Box, this will result in a delay of credit and perhaps loss of the product in the U.S. Mail.
  • In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send back the original item, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of your confirmed order may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee

Electronic Return Policy

  • Any Electronic item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. 
  • Electronic items, including radios, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This fee covers repackaging and reselling the returned items.
  • In the event of a Manufacturer’s defect, we will only be able to honor the manufacturer's warranty/return/repair policy. 
  • Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, fluids, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received, cannot be returned. 
  • Please make sure all original packaging, tags, labels etc., are included and intact. We will not be held responsible for products damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging/padding. We highly recommend insuring items for their value when returning them to us. 
  • If an item is not eligible for return, you will be notified and the items will be shipped back to you. 
  • Custom/personalized items cannot be returned. 
  • Baseline Equipment will not be held responsible for the freight amount on returned items not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Returns made after 30 days

  • Any return made after 30 days of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Baseline Equipment Company reserves the right to refuse any return made after 30 days of the purchase, with the exception of Electronics.

Returning "special orders"

  • "Special order" refers to any order of product not normally stocked by Baseline Equipment Company. Not all products offered online are stock items.
  • Special order returns will be accepted contingent upon the manufacturer’s return policy. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with special order returns to the manufacturer, including shipping charges.

Custom Products

  • Any product that is custom-made (not stocked by the manufacturer and/or made to customer specification) including products with a custom logo, lettering, striping, or a unique item that you the customer has requested, may not be returned. Please review your order documentation carefully before placing it.

Drop Shipments

  • If your order was drop-shipped, please do not return items to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed by Customer Service.

Clearance corner

  • All items marked as clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Merchandise properly returned according to the above guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original payment method.  Return orders may incur to up to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.  Upon receipt we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling) and less any applicable restocking fees.  Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits
