Aervoe Wet Coat Tree Marking Paint for Wet Wood, 12 oz

Aervoe Wet Coat Tree Marking Paint is built for the days regular tree paint won't stick: rain, wet bark, and soaked logs. It mixes with the water in wet wood and penetrates the surface, then displaces the remaining moisture as the film forms. The result is a high-visibility mark that holds up to continued immersion in water.

Wet Coat works just as well in dry conditions, dries to the touch in about 10 minutes, and needs no recoat. Each 16 oz. can holds 12 oz. net wt.

  • Comes with two spray nozzles: white for spotting and banding, red for numbering and writing.
  • High solids and pigment content for a bright, long-lasting mark on natural bark or cut lumber.
  • Contains no ozone-depleting substances.
Common Applications
  • Marking timber during wet-season cruising and harvest layout.
  • Numbering and grading wet logs, pulpwood, and railroad ties.

FAQ

Can you spray tree marking paint in the rain?

Standard tree paint needs a dry or near-dry surface, but Aervoe Wet Coat is formulated for rain and wet wood. It displaces moisture and bonds to the bark as it dries.

Does Wet Coat work on dry wood too?

Yes. Aervoe rates it for wet or dry conditions on bark, cut wood, logs, pulpwood, railroad ties, and finished lumber.
